For local service businesses that run on calls and quote requests

Recycling centers and other businesses where the work starts with a phone call or a quote request. I work on how people find you on Google Maps, how easy it is to call or ask for a quote from a phone, and what happens to each request after it arrives. Then I show you the calls and leads in one place.

What I run for a local service business

Your Google Maps listing and Google Business Profile

Your Business Profile is what people see when they find you on Google Maps or search for you by name. It carries your hours, phone number, address, services and photos, and people can call straight from it.

I keep it complete and correct, including holiday hours, the services you offer and the area you serve. I also watch for edits that Google or the public suggest, which can quietly make a listing wrong.

Your own site matters too, for Google search and for AI answers from ChatGPT, Google’s AI and Perplexity. What you take, where you are and when you are open should each have a clear answer on it.

Nobody can promise a place on the map or in search, and I do not. More on getting found.

A site that makes calling or asking for a quote easy on a phone

People who need a local service often look you up on a phone and want one of two things: to call, or to ask for a quote.

So your phone number belongs at the top of every page, set up so a tap starts the call. The quote form asks only what you need to reply, works with a thumb, and says what happens next.

Hours, address, directions and what you accept sit where nobody has to hunt for them, and the whole site has to load fast on a phone signal. More on websites.

Quote requests that reach someone, and follow-ups that go out

A quote request that sits in an inbox until someone has time is easy to lose.

I set up quote and lead flows: each request goes to the right person with everything they need to reply, the customer gets a note that it arrived, and your side gets a reminder if nobody has answered.

After a quote goes out, a follow-up goes out on schedule, so a yes or a no does not depend on anyone remembering.

An assistant that answers common questions from approved answers

Many calls are the same few questions: when are you open, what do you take, do you collect, where do I go. A chat assistant on your site can answer those, only from answers you have approved. When a question is not covered, it says so and points the person to call or ask for a quote.

There is a working one on my home page you can try.

For whoever answers the phone, team boards with step-by-step guides keep the common calls handled the same way every time. More on automation.

Calls and leads in one view, and a recap every week

A live dashboard of calls and quote requests: how many came in, where they came from, and which are still waiting for a reply.

Every week, a short recap: what came in, what I worked on and what I would do next. More on dashboards and weekly recaps.

Signs this is worth a look

  • Your Business Profile shows old hours, or a phone number nobody answers.
  • The same questions take up the phone all day: hours, what you take, where to go.
  • Your phone number is hard to find on your site, or cannot be tapped to call.
  • The quote form is long and awkward on a phone.
  • Quote requests wait in an inbox until someone has time.
  • Nobody follows up after a quote goes out.
  • You cannot say how many calls and quote requests came in last week.
  • Your site looks fine on a computer and is hard to use on a phone.

How the work runs

I work inside your own tools: your Business Profile, your website, your inbox and whatever you use to keep track of jobs. I work every week with the people who answer the phone and send the quotes.

The work is monthly, from a few hours a week to a full seat on your team, and you can stop with 14 days’ notice. How it starts walks through the first steps.

Want a reading of your site first? The site check looks at your home page right now and shows what it finds, in plain words.

Questions owners ask

Is this only for recycling centers?

No. Recycling centers are one example. If most of your work starts with someone calling or asking for a quote, the same work applies: being easy to find, easy to call, and answering every request.

Can you manage my Google Business Profile?

Yes. I keep it complete and correct, including holiday hours, the services you offer and the area you serve, and make your website agree with it. I also watch for edits that Google or the public suggest, which can quietly make a listing wrong.

Can you promise a top spot on Google Maps?

No, and nobody can honestly promise one. I keep your Business Profile complete and correct, make your website agree with it, and fix what makes you harder to find or to call. The weekly recap shows what changed.

What does the assistant do with a question it cannot answer?

It says so and points the person to call you or ask for a quote. Those questions go on a list, so you can approve an answer once and the assistant has it next time.

How do you count calls?

From the places that already record them. Your Business Profile reports calls made from it, and many phone systems can export a call log. I bring what is available into one dashboard and tell you plainly what it cannot see.

Do I need to change my phone system or my tools?

Not to start with. I work inside the tools you already use.
